new updated ice machine on the 1st floor, magnifying mirror in the bathroom, spacious shower with large rain shower head
Processing credit card took ages, would’ve preferred more efficient handling!!! Non-functional elevator was just an inconvenience, disrupting our arrival!!! Parking arrangements could be communicated better to avoid confusion!!!

Unexpected charm in a noisy stay
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The king suite was beautifully renovated, providing a cozy escape amidst the vibrant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, being on the first floor meant I could hear the club music and the frequent noise from the ice machine, which disrupted my peace at night.

The hotel’s amenities were impressive, yet
the parking situation was inconvenient. While the room itself offered great views, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating, navigating to the parking garage was a hassle. It’s a great choice if you don’t mind a little extra effort to park.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfy. Beds are super nice and the room was spacious. We loved the big fridge and having a microwave was a game changer for leftovers. The air conditioning was a bit loud, which was actually fine for us—it drowned out any outside noise. It also had a safe for valuables. They kept it clean and fresh every day. No complaints on the room, honestly.

My kids wished for a play area. Having more kid-friendly amenities would make it even better for families staying here.
